Dr. Justin Mays is a native of Austin, TX, and earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He then went on to earn his optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry, where he has extensive externship experience including primary care, ocular disease, and co-management of pre/post-operative ophthalmic surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Optometry and enjoys treating pediatric and geriatric patients. He also enjoys tacos, dancing, theatre, and hiking with his fellow longhorn-cougar husband, Cameron, and their blue-heeler, Korra.
